hi! I’ve fallen behind on my comics. I’m going to try to catch up and rejoin you here soon! Teh
CRANKSHAFT: Good question! (last panel) Are there other terms that folks of a certain age like to say…but are in general disuse in 2021?
JUDGE PARKER: I think Abbey’s civic activism is about to surface…perhaps she will run for mayor before this story arc is over.
MARY WORTH/LIBBY: We have segued over to the Estelle/Wilbur/Libby story. I expect we will look in on Dr. Drew again…but it may be quite a while.
Crankshaft – All euphemisms are mocked today. In Nottingham Hill, Hugh Grant said “oopsie daisy”; very quaint but Julie Roberts found it endearing.
Mary Worth – I’m surprised this hasn’t come up before. Dispute over a pet can be a romance-killer.
Judge Parker – That mayor has got to go!
