I wonder why GoComics runs only Mel’s “Momma” strip. Miss Peach was Mel’s earlier, more successful, and more original strip. Other than a few references to Sputnik in some early strips, the humor was never dated. Is a strip about a selfish, demanding, nagging old woman really that funny?
