Jimmy Carter was correct on Climate Change if we had pushed solar energy more we would actually be the world leader in the field

Remind me again of the Carter policy failure that killed 600,000 Americans in about a year, Mr Varvel.

So let me get this straight.

Somehow the cultists dislike the only Christian to hold the office.

He didn’t lie, didn’t gaslight, didn’t ask our adversaries to interfere in our elections, paid all his taxes, respected women and minorities and possesses a decency unknown to the psychopathic malignant narcissist. Jimmy is a family man, devoted to his wife and marriage. He works tirelessly promoting democracy around the world. He regularly helps out Habitat for Humanity. In short this guy is a real role model.

And Biden resembles him in many ways.

    And that’s bad?

In 1980 (the first Presidential election I voted in), I voted for the Independent candidate, John Anderson, because of Carter’s ill-advised Iranian hostage rescue attempt. But as time went on, I had gotten to admire Carter for trying to advance human rights around the world and to bring peace to the Middle East. Not to mention trying to encourage switching to renewable sources of energy. Yes, Stagflation (the 70’s/early 80’s bugaboo of a stagnant economy coupled with double digit inflation) was a facet of his Presidency. But it was also a facet of the previous President, Gerald Ford. And it took the decision of then Federal Reserve Head, Paul Volker (who Carter appointed) to raise interest rates during Reagan’s first term to bring down Stagflation. I am convinced history will judge Carter more fairly than the voters in 1980 (including me) did.
