My air fryer lid had completely changed the way I look at my Insta-Pot. Seriously, I don’t even care that it is healthier. Everything cooked in it is crispier and I don’t have my stove and kitchen walls coated in oil. It does take longer to do my week’s cooking because you cannot get as much food into it as a 12-inch frying pan but it’s worth it to do two batches. Clean up doesn’t take any longer than one batch and is still less than the mess after frying.
