Where is our East Coast contingent? Pretty bad when the Texan and the Nevadan get here first.
We had a nice Easter with Mike except for the fact that he has a bad toothache. I took him to the ER right after church and he was given a prescription for antibiotics. He took one yesterday as soon as we picked them up, but as usual, they really don’t start to relieve the pressure until day 2 or 3. He was so miserable last night that you just want to cry for him.
We had a great meal of ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans and a fresh loaf of homemade bread. We didn’t really plan for dessert, so we just ate some chocolate of which there is an abundance around here.
We’re looking at another 90 degree day here and yes, the AC is getting a workout.
