The Democrats may only have two years. The Republicans are taking credit for checks already, failing to mention that they voted against the bill. Hope they will spend those two years pushing through everything they can.
It’s only a matter of time before republicans start claiming the recovery act was their idea – it is incumbent of the democrats to make sure that Americans never loose sight of the fact that, while democrats were attempting to right the American “ship of state”, the republicans were concentrating on Dr. Suess, Mr. Potato head and the British monarchy – we must make it clear that republicans had NOTHING TO DO WITH making Americans solvent again!
The actions of the republicans in 2009 should serve as an example an reminder of how they will claim responsibility for actions of the democratic party when it serves their purposes.
They have no clue of how to “govern”, but they have no compunction ( just like a snake in in a rabbit hole) about claiming responsibility for the actions of others!

Maybe try Shel Silverstein—he sounds like a radical (also my children’s favorite)
