In regards to the cartoon, I had a similar thought regarding Biden’s response to MBS’ atrocities. From my understanding, even though MBS is allowed to come to the US, no one in his guard can come with him, which effectively neuters him ( now THERE’S an idea for consideration for Saudi Arabian princes!). I seriously doubt he would want to travel without his entourage, so he just won’t come. Nor has he been invited.
