Only one of those is actually true. Much as people in some places more than others are still clearing toilet and paper towel shelves, there has never been a true shortage with those items. Just some bizarre notion that there would be. Sometimes I blame myself, as I have joked with people that those are the items I’d stock up on figuring non perishable and especially the toilet paper, would be good for trading for food. I was joking. In reality, I’d stock up on sardines and peanut butter. :P
As far as vaccines, much as there have been some production problems, most of the problem has been in distribution. Problems that, at least in the states, are now getting worked out, because now there is someone that believes in planning in charge.
