I’ve been using my night-guard nightly for so long that I’ve worn about halfway through it. It works very well, but I didn’t start until long after it was too late for the points of my flat-topped cuspids.
(I have no idea how I got to about age 60 before anyone told me I grind my teeth. If you’ve never heard the awful sound, it’s very disturbing, as bad as blackboard screeches.)

Years ago, my girlfriend use to grind her teeth, and snicker while asleep!!! Always woke up.
