Funky I think what upsets me about such “band pranks” is the mindset of the kids who have no respect for the teacher. Yes, our band did some silly things, too and even then it upset me. We were taught pride and esprit de corps by our regular director which all went out the window when we had a sub. I even stood up in front of the class once and called them on it.
