Small dogs are a waste of one’s time.
I would think that earmuffs would be the way to go

He’s smiling and obviously oblivious to the yip, yip, yip!
It’s not just little dogs that bark all the time. We have a few at the dog park who are always letting us know that they’re around. They don’t bark at people, just other dogs, especially when they’re playing. It’s not objectionable.
a yapper, im glad i have a boxer. none of that nonsense.
