This is just my opinion. You should never leave a dog tied up outside a business.
Where’d the leash go?
The owner needs to be tied up.
One more time we need a sad or angry face.
More water leads to more peeing.
So the poor guy is left on a pole all leashed up, rsking him being stolen and then when the owner unties him he is not on a leash, which in some communities is illegal! Geesh!
WHO IN THE HECK LEAVES HIS DOG TIED OUTSIDE A STORE? AND THEN HAVE THE DOG OFF-LEASH AFTER THAT
