Even I who LOVE onions would most likely agree. When cooking something with a lot of onions I have found that the onion smell is the worst at the beginning of the cooking and mellows the longer it cooks. Either that or the old olfactory senses go numb. Either way I wouldn’t turn down a bowl of French Onion Soup, even on my worst day.
