The Phantom Menace did have a nice pod race scene though.

Did he use a type of knot that can handle a slight mis-synchronization between the 2 cars? Rope attached to the wagon could have a loop. A separate rope would attach to the cars and slide through that loop. If they leave a gap between the cars and then stop suddenly, he could go between the cars.

A Radio Flyer isn’t good enough for him. He has to have a T.V. Flyer.

Are those three Bart Simpson clones in the back of the SUV?

When I was a boy, I had a Radio Flyer red wagon. Looks like by 1999 they got an update – T.V. Flyer – LOL!

If he is the only competing, would that be a iPod race.

Pod race?

Jason’s mistake: no steering. He’s got the handle, the steering mechanism, tied to the cars. I tried something similar, towing a paper wagon with the handle tied to my bike. Not successful.

But Roger, it will be perfectly safe. Jason is wearing a helmet and knee-pads.

Honestly, that is kind of a clever idea.

Jason is so smart but has the common sense of a lemming.

Having the wagon tied to two cars was a nice, pod racer like, touch.

Calvin (or Lio) could have thought this up.

Isn’t this completely illegal, not to mention extremely dangerous (I know, it’s just a comic)? I am quite sure that it is illegal to pull a sled with a car, and I know of adults who have been injured and killed doing that (from not being able to stop and going under the car when the car stops or turns).
