If you wish to “understand” him (or Randall, his ‘optician’ sidekick, who hails from Pittsburg), look up the Hatfield- McCoy feud – it will enlighten you in the “Kentucky” mentality and exactly WHY the residents of Kentucky keep sending such a miserable example of humanity to represent them in Congress!
