I give props to the strip guy who is trying some different topics and styles in this toon, after being so long a dedicated golf joke strip. One thing we don’t need more of is golf jokes; one Sunday I swear nearly every strip in the paper that day was a golf joke, BC, Wiz of Id, Hagar, etc. Just awful. Yes, I see complaints here when political jokes mix in, but I hope he finds a good angle and readership eventually.
