It’s 62 degrees at the time of this post. Today’s high not much warmer, 68. Showers and thunder showers today. If I stick my head out the door I’ll probably hear slurp, slurp, slurp as all the plants will be slurping up the rain. (^.^)
Vermont has a world record, at least for now. The world’s largest Zucchini at 115 lbs. A couple of years ago he had an 1,100 lb Pumpkin. Don’t know how he dose it, I can’t even grow a 1 lb Pumpkin.
Going for an oil change this morning, keep the Jeep in top shape, I hope to get at least two more years out of it.

Our AQI was 18 this morning! Hooray. You can see on the Fire and Smoke map that there is an off shore wind around San Francisco that is blowing the smoke out to the ocean.. So, this is another smoke-free day for the center of the country.
I’m back to going to PT for the next couple of weeks. The doc is giving it one more try, and then change therapists if we don’t see any improvement.
We’re experiencing a cooling trend. It’s already 1PM and we haven’t turned on the AC yet. Last night was down to 63, so it was really nice for our walk this morning. The AQI is holding in the green for everywhere but Pahrump which is moderate. They are pretty close to the CA border as the crow (or smoke) flies.
I heard this morning that more fires are breaking out. I hope they catch the cretins who are setting them. I saw a photo of some Antifa activists who were wearing firefighter gear in order to gain access to the areas and one of them was wearing a red gasoline tank on his bank with a nozzle. “Cretins” is too good a word for them, but I couldn’t think of anything else that isn’t vulgar.
Our gatekeepers meeting was awesome as usual. And, one of the ladies there just had her floors replaced so she gave me the name and number of her contractor with whom she is very pleased.
