Rich, you can’t be referring to Boner as a patriotic American unless you define patriotic as money-grubbing, greedy, business-first, and be darned to the sick, the poor, children, women, and any person who is not white, male and wealthy.

This holiday was invented by Budweiser. They picked a date of minor importance and made it a holiday so they could sell more beer. Now that is the American spirit in marketing.
