    The spurious capitalization of random phrases one way conspiracy theorists make their points - talking points, that is.

    The technique is called grammatical highlighting. They use this technique to emphasis what, in their minds, are the important or even critical ideas in their rants.

    Tigger, the top rate was double what it is now after JFK’s cut, 70%. That makes quite a difference. And, it stayed that high for the next 18 years. Prosperous years, too.
