    Howdy Vagabonds

Calm morning no sunshine on the house yet. Partly cloudy high near 80. I should survive.

This morning after the shock of looking in the mirror, I picked up my teeth and brushed them under faucet, I cam to the conclusion that if I came with instructions they would be, Some Assembly Required.

The sun is now lighting up the tops of the trees around the house. Yay!

Today will be about the same as always except, I’ll be alone, sister is working and nephew has a couple of appointments at Dartmouth with his doctors.

Well, guess I’ll sign off, take my toon tour. May God bless your day and keep you safe.

    Good Sunny morning, Vagabonds,

It got all the way up to 76 yesterday, and forecast to get to 79 today. It was too cold and cloudy to set out to watch the ending days of the meteor shower. Tonight should be clear, but it was 44 during the night, so who knows about tonight. I’d say this is a definite change of seasons……except,,,,,,,,, it’s supposed to be in the 90’s Sun, Mon, and Tues. Harrumph.

Today is my normal day of ‘ketchup’. All the things I’ve put off all week. We had to cancel our cleaning lady again, so guess who gets to do the fun stuff. Maybe tomorrow.

    Enjoy. xoxo Happy Trails

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Michael is scheduled for his first surgery on the 27th. That is if he doesn’t give in to his panic before then. Then they will do the other eye (barring unforseen complications) on August 16. The surgeon says that the surgery will help his wandering eye to focus and should bring it back under control. (It’s really freaky sometimes to sit facing him for a conversation – his right eye just kinda wanders off into the netherland.)

We have a HVAC tech coming today to give our system a checkup. It’s part of the maintenance program we paid for when the plumber was here.

Otherwise, it’s a good day to stay home. When we left for the doctor’s office yesterday, the heat was downright painful.

It peaked at 106 yesterday, down to 86 last night. Today’s forecast is for 111. Ugh!

Everyone be safe and have a blessed day.
