84 yesterday and then the clouds rolled in and really cooled us off. I actually had to close the windows and doors. WooHoo! And it’s only 54 right now and will top off at 74 this afternoon.
I’ve got some really hard exercises to do with my right hand. The worst one is to pick up coins from a table and let them fall in my palm. The fingers just don’t want to move. Frustrating. She said that it took me a very long time to lose the mobility, so this isn’t going to happen overnight. :((
PT today and a haircut. And I have to rush home to beat my UPS delivery of my wine. Busy day.
Today Michael will schedule his cataract surgery. He is very afraid of the outcome, but his logic has told him he needs it. I am continuing to pray for his anxiety about it and will do so until he’s all healed up.
We played World of Warcraft off and on all day yesterday. We did take periodic breaks, if only to relive the “sitter-downer” muscles for a while. It was a lot of fun, especially the “Classic” version. There have been so many changes in the main game that it is no longer fun to play. A challenge, yes, but not fun. The classic game is exactly that: the original game with all of its limitations. We’ve had a blast playing that.
The 10 day forecast doesn’t look good. In fact it looks a lot like “don’t go ANYWHERE”. Temps in the one-teens for more than a week with lows in the mid to high 80’s. We sure can use some of that cold air Rita promised to share.
