Congress went to sleep on the subject because even Mitch McConnell cannot be that cruel for no reason. They were hoping they wouldn’t be involved. And maybe they never will; can Trump talk them into it?
As far as I’m concerned, SCOTUS merely says the current law remains lawful. It’s no different than when SCOTUS chooses not to hear a case that is elevated from a Appeals court ruling.
Wrong AGAIN, Lisa. The courts already found that DACA was and is legal. The Democrats (along with some Republicans) DID find a solution in an immigration bill. Pelosi and Schumer negotiated with trump in at the White House before writing the legislation with bi-partisan support. So the asleep on the job reference doesn’t fit either. Trump then backed out of the deal because he wanted to blow 100’s of billions on a boarder wall to soothe his base (and because he listened to some right wing pundit on TV that morning). Reality Lisa – it’s a good thing. Try to understand what it is.
The correct way to structure that sentence is: “and send them back to kindergarten, from which they never graduated”. You should have learned that around fifth grade, so I can give you credit for managing kindergarten.

The Court will decide if Trump’s Wall money diversion was legal.
The Court will decide if Gerrymandering is Election Fraud.
The Court will decide if Michael Flynn’s Perjury should lead to imprisonment.
The Court Shall decide if Trumps tax evasion should be investigated.
The Court Shall decide if Trump’s accountants can defy a subpoena.
The court Shall Decide if Trump can pardon himself …. on November 4th
Wow the court will be busy.

As long as those judges legislate from the bench following your partisan values, it’s all good – eh Lisa?
