    How many adults (like me) have never heard Bieber sing?

    The disappearance of Top 40 makes it easier to miss out on the younger generation’s music without even trying. Those were the days - when you could hear songs by Foghat, Neil Diamond and the Eagles in a ten-minute span without turning the radio dial. Back when radios had dials…

    True story: while sitting in an airport restaurant I heard a song played on the radio. I thought “Who is this? I think I’ve heard this before. Is it Katy Perry? Is it Miley Cyrus? Where would I have heard Miley Cyrus? Oh Justin Bieber, on SNL. That’s it.” Also in celeb/airport related news: After the tsunami hit Japan the local news interviewed Japanese people at the airport; with Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” playing in the background…
