Is this why I have to ask for salt at fast food restaurants? My doctor told me (and my family) to eat MORE salt.
Even the cardiologist who did the heart cath on my brother told him to eat more salt, so now my brother has instructed us to bring him a salt shaker if he’s ever put in the hospital again.

Check the price of salt vs pepper a pound. This may be why people don’t throw pepper over their left shoulder.
