my mind is always busy; on alert. i’m 70 years old and walking in the park with my dog use to be a relaxing time for me but nowadays i have to more aware of the people around me who refuse to self-distance. my dog and i have to step off the side of a trail because people coming towards us or behind us are inconsiderate, selfish, and just don’t care to move over instead.
