Snoopy lies on his stomach and watches from the top of the doghouse.<BR><BR> "We're going to replace a few of the fluorescent lights in the library," Charlie Brown explains to Snoopy.<BR><BR> Snoopy thinks, "What I need is a permanent custodian!"<BR><BR>
