Nah, most people have 50 lbs of flour, a pound of yeast, realize they have no clue and start drinking while the others who bake bread regularly can’t find ingredients.
Tough to find the yeast. Will settle for beer.

we have been making our own bread for years. we finally were able to buy more flour this week.
I planned to make a cheesy white wine loaf last July… got all the ingredients to do so, but still haven’t done it. Sounds great, though !
