I’ll hazard a guess and say the far left is EU commisioner president, José Barroso, then itºs France’s Sarkozy, US’s Obama, Gaddafi, Cameron (new UK PM), Germany’s Merkel and …(but not Harper) I dunno, find another hypocrite to throw into that bed that fits that caricature (nah, not Berlusconi).

Cameron’s speech a few days ago basically echoed Rice.
