Never has a thoroughly improbable event of such immense importance been so poorly documented. Presumably the four gospel accounts were invented by the compilers, since they disagree on so many points (and Mark has the women run away and “tell no one”, presumably because he knew that the empty tomb meme was unknown or doubted in some Christian communities, and created this plot device to rationalize why the claim might come as a surprise but still be “Gospel truth”). In any case, there’s no hint of any of it in Paul, who has much to say about the resurrection but nothing about the Gospel accounts.
