I had a quote for 69 solar panels, and accessories, installed, all for only $57,000. The state and Fed would reimburse $26,000. I researched the exact stuff in the proposal, $9,000 for panels, $3,000 for voltage inverter, and estimated $5,000 for poles and brackets. That means $40,000 for markup on materials and labor. I declined. I will have solar someday, but not at that price.
