Fortunately, they’re rocks. Because that pleated kind of mask has a very low chance of actually protecting you from the virus. Of course, it does do a tolerable job of protecting other people from your virus, so it’s not a total loss. Change it every hour or two, though: Its efficacy goes down as your moist breath dampens it.
What WHO and the CDC in the US are recommending:

It’s a pandemic now, which means that over time, many of us will get sick from it. What we need to do is spread out the time line so when (not if) you get sick, health care won’t be swamped by everybody else being sick at the same time. How? Reduce social contact… and WYHnDTYF
Stay away from people who are coughing or running a temp… and WYHnDTYF
Clean plastic, metal and ceramic surfaces with soapy water, an alcohol-based cleanser or bleachy-water. Your phone should be cleaned too, using similar technique. I just heard of a study where Purell – equivalent cleaner was used on an iPhone 1000 times without compromising its special coating. (But avoid paper towels: They’re scratchy)… and WYHnDTYF
If you become ill: Stay home! if at all possible. Unless your symptoms tip from coughing/sneezing and fever to difficulty breathing. If so, call your doctor (or 911 if you must) and tell them your symptoms. Then put on one of those masks and go where you were told to go. Meanwhile, remind everyone around you to… WYHnDTYF
