That plumber’s wrench might turn a good steak, but no a nut I’ve ever seen..
From experience lately it seems the “professionals” always have the worse findings and stating it needs to be replaced so they make more money. I havd an ac unit quit and they wanted to replace it at $3100.00. It was a top rated company too. Found out it was a $65.00 relay and has been working fine. Too many scammers out there.
Home depot won’t dig up the yard for him in the lines are clogged or ruined by roots. The DIY thing is fine as long as you don’t have to deal with all the hidden Issues. then you have the Home Depot AND the plumber to pay.
