When I worked nights in the ER, New Year’s and the Super Bowl would be the same….the ER was quiet during New Years Eve and the Super Bowl but afterwords people would started piling in. One man was having chest pain and would not come in until after the Super Bowl was over! Just crazy!

It has damaged the nation, and lots of players’ brains. But I haven’t watched a football game since 1961, so I’m an outside observer.
