Idiot Trump believes that anyone who disagrees with Trump is Deep State.

In reality Deep State are those people who have kept the undeclared war in Afghanistan going on for 19 years now against the will of the American people.

Without intending to, you bring up a good point, Chip. Why does the president* suddenly believe American intelligence now? He told the world in Helsinki that he DIDN’T believe American intelligence, but instead believed Russian intelligence. Was it Russian intelligence that said Soleimani planned to kill Americans?

The only evidence for that claim is trump’s word, which is worth absolutely nothing. Actually, it’s a pretty good indicator it isn’t true.

Chip certainly didn’t intend to point out this irony, I’m sure. Trump has done nothing but diss the intelligence communities for years. Now he resorts on projecting that onto Pelosi.

While Rad-ish came close to it, I am surprised that no one has remarked on the fact that the Deep State is not a thing for Democrats. It’s purely a figment of the fevered Republican imagination.
