I made the mistake of giving my dog the pork hock bones after I cooked greens. He chewed them up and threw up all over the house. Almost killed my first and only dog. He recovered after that but, now he’s gone over the “rainbow bridge” Miss him terribly.
I’m surprised Louie gave the warning bark before diving into the unattended chicken. I guess he’s showing even more of his usual consideration? Works for me!
