Different times. I think I spotted racial stereotypes, but may have misunderstood a few, but somehow I’m not especially offended. And: “Purp”?; “Pipe the squabs” (although I know what a squab is); “Full of hop”? (Opium?). Loved the Sphinx expression. A good one, despite the politically incorrect (by today’s standards) panels.
