On the hwy coming into Cleveland it’s 55mph. At an overpass where a gas station sits and not much else on the other side it drops you to 45mph. JUST at the other end of the overpass and the on and off ramps you can resume 55. It is literally about 2/10 of a mile that slows you down. Cops sit at the bottom of the entrance and just over the crest of the hwy shooting radar. I warn friends about it if they’re heading that way. Totally ridiculous. There is very little traffic on the hwy and the secondary road.

A cop that would give a ticket for going one mile over the speed limit. Deserved a lot more than just falling on his face.

I heard of a speed trap town in the mid west where their WHOLE town budget is paid by speeding tickets.
