Mary Worth – I suspected menopause. And suddenly she has a double chin. But as others have pointed out, these symptoms could be several other things and should be checked out. And jumping to the easy answer is also common, for women in particular and for older people in general. Joints ache? You’re getting old and arthritis is to be expected.
