Charlie Brown says, "At least you know that it's not a traffic citation . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown walks away and says, "Dogs never get traffic citations nor jury duty."<BR><BR> Snoopy opens the envelope and thinks, "That's what is known as 'Small consolation'!"<BR><BR>
