Developers are the ruination of forests and lands…just for the sake of their bottom line. We all live in concrete jungles….displacing all wildlife….I could go on….bleah…
Point taken, but judging by the topography, it doesn’t look like an area ripe for development. Now they might make it a national park and let the tourist destroy it.

Then they pave paradise and put up a parking lot, plus a few condos until there is no longer any nature to enjoy.
