Egads! They said it would snow and it did! Fierce wind around midnight as the two fronts collided and brought the pressure down. Fortunately it only got down to 29 during the night.
We went to Costco and Winco yesterday while it was 68! What a temperature swing. Luckily we got all the fresh stuff and won’t have to go out in this mess.
I went out early to get my nails done this morning, and it feels soooo much better to not have the talons hanging off the ends of my fingers. I like them short but shaped nicely.
As for the rest of the day, pork chop scallop for supper and the rest of the day is open. I do need to get gas in the car so I can make it to the jail and church in the morning, though. Perhaps I can turn it into an exploring trip to Sam’s Club….
I do need to admit that the grocery store did not make the mistake about the laundry pods, I did. I picked up the wrong card apparently. I did exchange the smaller package for the larger one, but it cost me a bit extra. It’s not all that great a difference in the “each” price, but this way I don’t have to go back quite as soon.

Not much going on in morning until we go to church at 4 pm.
No yard work until the leaves start falling.

Hay Vagabonds, it’s the weekend
Starting out cloudy then becoming partly cloudy later on, high 52. Yup, it’s fall.
Hum, shopping day, get the groceries for the coming week, then back home.
Home is where the cat is. A lot of fun.
