The big problem with these social media outlets, like Twitter, is that they make a mockery of, and a danger to FREE SPEECH. It is my view that the First Amendment is the most misused, abused of the ten Bills of Rights, more so than the Second. Having a Constitutional guarantee to speak without fear of government reprisal is a rare, precious and hard-won right for American citizens. But it comes with a responsibility. A minimum of education is necessary. THINK! Do you know some of the facts of the question? Unless you have some idea, some genuine understanding of the issue, and are willing to keep personal gripes, racial or political digs, inflammatory or unfounded accusations and outright lies out of your oration, you have NO RIGHT to simply yell babble and nonsense! It is too easy to text/tweet hatred and lies into your little electronic device, things you would think twice about (I would hope) before uttering to a group of people right in front of you. Trump, however, does both, without thinking twice, and he, backed by the Republican Party and a packed SCOTUS, pose a great danger to the rest of us by undermining our basic right as citizens of these United States.
