Moses was “Palestinian” - from before there WAS a Palestine. Back in the early 1990s, there was a picture the local paper ran - I THINK it was from AP - which showed a Palestinian woman clearing barbed wire from one of the West Bank settlements. I meant to save it, but didn’t, and now I can’t find it anywhere. But native Israelites are dusky-skinned.
