“Leaflets three, same size, same shape, let it be!” This is a saying I learn a long time ago. Of course I have had poison ivy enough that I can recognize it from at least 5 foot away. It might not seem that important to know, but several years ago I lived in an area where there was a beautiful, lush growth of poison ivy growing next to a sidewalk. It was amazing how many people would brush up against it while walking, not knowing what it was.
