That happens to me about once every other summer – I don’t learn, evidently. The best thing to do is freeze it, peel the cardboard off, cut it up into bite size pieces, and either eat quickly before it melts, or sprinkle it on ice cream.
Now I want some ice cream, darn it.
Thinking about this, I’m having senior moment.
