South Africa also being hit hard by floods caused by La Niña and the Southern Oscillation with other Southern African countries, like Mozambique, already affected and others on high alert. Affecting agriculture in a big way.
Edit: I was wondering why I hadn’t heard about North African floods…
I misread the ‘toon. The floods in North Africa are protesters…
Those turned out pockets are Algerian & Tunisian flags.
