In my hometown!!! Do it! Propose to her! Make New Orleans the memory you’re going to keep keep forever…or at least as long as you last as a couple. I have had that privilege for 44 years. Married for 40 &/proud to say I live 6 blocks from the Orleans Parrish line.yeah, I am not living in that higher tax base. I live close but no cigar!!!!
