I generally limit myself to a 20-oz. mug of hafcaf in the morning. Oddly, when I’m at my sister’s I can go through 3-4 10-oz. mugs of AWSUM high-test dark roast from her Keurig without even feeling it!
Caffeine like cocaine your body builds a tolerance to and eventually you will be bodily addicted. That means no more highs, just staving off the jitters an headaches from withdrawal.
