I remember one classics Dilbert comic where Dilbert criticized Dogbert for watching TV all day instead of reading a book like he did. I read and LOVE closed captions. Dogs make too much noise sometimes!

I let my kiddo read the closed captions on a show to do her 20 minutes of reading for school. Hey, they said it didn’t matter what she read! ;-)
