This got me curious so I checked the weather in Vancouver. The 10 day forecast is for rain everyday, with temperatures in the mid 50s. I don’t think I’d want to be there now either.
You don’t get a sun tan in Vancouver… you rust. Of course, no one sits in the sun these days.
In the SW UK, we have had flowers in bloom since November.
